  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Pat steak pieces dry with paper towels and season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika.
