Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped broccoli, and garlic until well combined.
  3. Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the broccoli and cheese mixture.
  5. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Rub chicken with olive oil and season with paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
  7. Place stuffed chicken in a baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
