Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets, finely chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped broccoli, and garlic until well combined.
- Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create a pocket.
- Stuff each chicken breast with the broccoli and cheese mixture.
- Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Rub chicken with olive oil and season with paprika, salt, pepper, and onion powder.
- Place stuffed chicken in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
